Reservations can be made by our online booking service on this website. We require the full rental balance and a $250 security deposit upon booking online. We also require a signed copy of the LEASE AGREEMENT no later then 7 days after your reservation is made. You can fax the lease agreement to 1-866-891-2959 or mail it to the address below.
As for reservations by email or phone, please send a check or money order to the address below. Please remember to include your Name, Address, Phone Number, Reservation dates, and Email Address on a signed lease agreement to secure your reservations. We only require a $250 security deposit and a signed lease agreement to secure your rental dates. Full rental balance is due 30 days prior rental date. If we do not recieve your security deposit and rental agreement within 7 days, we have the right to cancel your reservation.

We accept checks or credit card by PayPal. Cash will only be accepted on last minute reservations. If paying by check please write one check for the Rental and one for the Security Deposit.

Key Pickup: We will provide you with a pass code for the lockbox prior to check-in. Please check the FAQ for more details.
Full security deposit will be refunded after departure and satisfactory inspection within 10 business days. If any damaged or missing properties are found, part or all of the security deposit will be forfeited.
Check-In Time: 3:00 P.M.
Check-Out Time: 12:00 P.M.
No pets allowed inside the house.
No smoking allowed inside the house.
Please bring your sun block and insect repellent to fully enjoy your stay. Also, please take all trash with you. Matagorda does not offer trash pickup service. Thank you for visiting our site, we look forward to having you as our special guest in your home away from home.
The rental amount and the security deposit will be refunded for cancellation made 30 days prior to the first reserved date.
Any cancellations within 30 days will be subject to forfeit of security deposit. Cancellations for reservation with more than 4 days stay will be subjected to forfeit 50% of Rental amount.
Last minute rental will be subjected to the same cancellation policy.
No refunds will be made for early departures or for weather related reasons.
All cancellations must be made in writing.
We are eager to offer you a pleasant stay in our Luxe Vacation Homes. Reservation can be rescheduled to another date depends on availability and made 14 days prior to the first reserved date. No refunds on Reschedules.
